Abstract
Nudging is a method for influencing the decisions people make. Nudging alters behavior through altering the environment, context or decision-architecture. Nudging can be described as a gentle push in a positive direction for the consumer (Thaler & Sunstein, 2009). This poster presents an experiment where two nudges are implemented in 3 hotels. It is a multiple baseline design and the results are significant at a 0.01 level.
